Spectrum is a rapidly growing social enterprise providing a range of community healthcare services to vulnerable people, including those in rehabilitation and secure environments. We have trebled in size in the last four years and excitingly, that growth looks set to continue. As part of our business evolution we are looking to recruit both a Chair of the Board and a Non-executive Director to join and enhance our committed, talented and passionate team.
Both positions need candidates with a proven track record of significant achievement, stand-out leaders who can inspire, motivate and guide our development constructively. You’ll need genuine business insight, a knack for spotting and capitalising on opportunities and a real belief in both yourself and our organisation. Previous health sector experience is not a prerequisite, but the ability to strike a balance between care, compassion, service quality and commercialism is essential. You’ll be a confident and effective communicator at all organisational levels and will bring stature and flair to your leadership role.
You must share our passion and commitment to social enterprise and the people we are here to serve. We are committed to growth without compromise to quality or values, and we need people who will act as role models in delivering our vision with integrity, with tenacity, and with utter conviction.
Your experience will be robust, demonstrable and impressive, and may include a variety of roles, including but not limited to strategy, organisational development, HR, learning and development, managing change, mergers and acquisitions or new business development.
